Cross Country
Kathmandu- Pokhara
This mountainous ride gives you an opportunity to pass through seven districts of Nepal – Kathmandu, Nuwakot, Dhading, Gorkha, Tanahu, Lamjung and Kaski.
Before setting out on this journey, however, a tour of the Kathmandu Valley is conducted. The first destination of the trip is Nuwakot (2790 ft) above sea level, 75kms North West of Kathmandu. This small hillock town once used to be the capital of Nepal some 200 years ago before the overall unification of Nepal as a kingdom.
Trailing along foot paths, dirt and graveled roads the journey makes way across the rural villages of this region which is by all standards, less traveled. Steep ascents and descents at places what make this off-road biking even more challenging.
